Daniel grew up in Jurupa Valley and spent his youth club career playing for Arsenal FC and Corona United. He went on to play at local colleges Cal Baptist University and Cal State San Bernardino. Daniel started his coaching career at Claremont Stars before moving to Platinum FC, which later became Inland Empire Surf SC. While at IE Surf Daniel oversaw teams that reached the top levels of the competitive Coast Soccer League. Daniel also spent time coaching at the collegiate level as an Assistant coach and Goalkeepers trainer. He spent 2 seasons with Div 3 University of La Verne with the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams before moving over to Cal State San Bernardino in 2013 in the same capacity. While at CSUSB he oversaw the training and development of the 2nd All American in CSUSB Women’s Soccer history, Goalkeeper Chelsey Jones. Daniel is the head coach for the Norco High School Girls Varsity Soccer team and previously served as head coach at Redlands East Valley (League champions), and the Webb Schools (CIF Finalists). Daniel currently serves as the Girls Program Director, Girls 2005 Head Coach and club Goalkeeping Trainer.
Tony has 5 years of high school soccer coaching experience at Riverside Poly with 3 league titles in high school and club combined. He currently plays in the NPSL for Riverside Coras. Tony is also a 2018 Hope International University commit for the men’s soccer team. Tony believes in not only teaching his players soccer, but also about life.
Experience: Milan U18-19 premier for club, 1 college season at San Bernardino Valley, 2018 Hope International University men’s soccer commit, 2 seasons of NPSL soccer for Riverside Coras. Coaching experience: 5 years at Riverside Poly HS, 1 year coaching club soccer and 1 club league title.
Jose is a Riverside native where he grew up playing as a youth before moving to San Antonio, Texas where he has been living for the past 12 years. He has a vast playing career including trials and pre-season with Tecos in Mexico, PDL in Texas and Missouri for 4 years, and trials in Scotland for AYR United. In San Antonio he coached for Lonestar SC and SA United. Jose holds a national youth license, E license and will be securing his D license in the summer of 2018.
Heber has 3 years of coaching club soccer experience but has been volunteering as coach on and off for the last 10 years. He grew up playing soccer in the Los Angeles area. 18 years of playing soccer, reaching Super Mayor division in one of the first soccer leagues in southern California, Liga California. Heber is dedicated in creating a fun professional learning environment for all players.
Mario is an ex-professional reserves player for Atlante and PUMAS; both Mexican based professional teams, Mario has gone on to work with various teams, clubs, high schools, and colleges. His experiences range with all ages of youth from little kickers ages 3-5 to Men’s semiprofessional teams ages 18 and up. Mario’s dedication to his teams has allowed for several championship wins and many teams ranking up in their Coast Soccer League ranking. Even with the many accomplishments that he has helped to achieve, his core belief is in the overall growth of a player both on and off the field. He believes that players should also focus on the academic aspect of their lives, and motivated players to reach and accomplish long term career goals by setting a standard of integrity, commitment, and reliability in school and on the field.
Alex has 13 years of coaching experience at the high school level with various schools and is currently the director of coaching at Costa Mesa High. Additionally, he has over 4 years of club coaching experience with other clubs. As a youth, Alex played club and high school soccer from 1983 to 1993 before continuing on to Irvine Valley College and Concordia University to play and study. Alex holds a Bachelors in exercise sport science and a Masters in Cross Cultural Education. He has his USSF ‘D’ coaching license. He lives in Corona with his wife Jennifer and two kids, Alexis and Austin. When Alex can step away from coaching, he enjoys playing beach volleyball in Newport on the weekends or traveling to Costa Rica to visit family.
Brian brings many years of coaching experience, he has been the head coach for Rubidoux High School for the past 12 years. His teams have won 2 league titles, they have gone to CIF SS Finals as well as CIF State Regional Finals. He is the 2018 Press Enterprise Boys Soccer Coach of the year. As a youth he played for various clubs and was a 4 year varsity starter. Brian has a Degree from UCR in Biology and a Masters degree in Education. He enjoys spending is free time with his family camping and fly-fishing.
Bryan brings 4 years of coaching experience for club and 2 years for High school. He is currently the assistant varsity coach for Poly High School. He is currently attending college, working on finishing a major in Spanish. Bryan has played 3 years varsity soccer, 6 years for club at a high level and 1 year at Chaffey Community College.
Luis Garcia has 4 years of coaching experience with youth players. with two years coaching at poly high school. Luis has played soccer since the age of 9 for multiple club teams And one year in Mexico with the Tijuana U17 team.
Carlos has been coaching youth groups for 6 years as a volunteer and parent. With 6 kids of his own who play he has also played AYSO as a child, with 2 years experience with the Tecos youth academy in Zapopan Jalisco Mexico. He was coached by ex Club Leon professional players during his teen years. He loves this game as it remains his passion as an adult.
